Description

TCTC's Winter Seminar is an annual event that features a keynote runner-focused speaker in a social setting.  The event has been held every year since 1988 and has featured such notables as:  Keira D'Amato, Des Linden, Dave McGillivray, Bill Rodgers, Zola Budd, Bart Yasso, and Jeff Galloway, to name a few.

TCTC Winter Seminar weekend had to be postponed due to inclement weather.  The new date is APRIL 5-6!

Proceeds from the "A Run For The Hills" virtual run, speech ticket sales, and book sales will benefit Western NC Relief efforts from Hurricane Helene!  Additional donations may be given using the DONATE button above...or during registration for the CraftHalf races!

The weekend will kick off with a dynamic partnership with Junction311 and their CraftHalf Half Marathon & 5K.

Saturday you can enjoy a 1-3 mile shake out run and free yoga session in Downtown winston-Salem. Both the shake out run and yoga session are free of charge. These events take place at Footnote Coffee & Cocktail. Saturday evening is the headliner guest speaker Mirna. Sundayparticipants may choose a 1 Mile, 5K, CraftDouble (1M & 5K)...or for those really "Mirnavated"...the Half Marathon!  Mirna will be available that morning at the Twin City Track Club and lululemon tents prior to the race start.  She will be running also!!  The festivities continue after the race with a Community Block Party featuring Foothills Brewery as the event host with up to 12 additional exceptional breweries joining in the celebration! We've jam-packed this weekend with events designed to inspire and encourage active engagement from our community!

The excitement continues on Saturday evening with an empowering speech and Q & A session with our guest speaker, followed by a book sale and signing.
