Katie King is an amazing 10-year-old girl, an avid athlete who loves to play lacrosse and soccer. She was diagnosed with metastatic Ewing Sarcoma, an aggressive bone cancer, on August 23, 2017. She had surgery August 18th to remove two tumors on her spine but the cancer had spread to other locations... lungs, spine, pelvis and bone marrow. She was lucky it was discovered that night or she most likely would never have walked again. Katie is now undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation at CHOP in Philadelphia. The Katie King Foundation was established to help the King family with medical bills, along with travel expenses to and from Philadelphia.
