The Market Place presents Englewood Juice Life 5K

Join The Juice Life 5K Englewood's first race event brought to the community by The Market Place (TMP)! As the area’s premier juice and nutritional foods cafe, TMP believes at the intersection of health and wellness is an active lifestyle! To kickoff race day we invite all the super heroes and sheroes of Englewood to join the Super Hero Fun Run! No need to bring your cape, we will have them ready for flight when you arrive!

During the race athletes will journey through the popular West Palisades Ave, S Van Brunt Ave, and runners will cross the finish line in front of Englewood's very own MacKay Park!

This event is benefiting The American Diabetes Association - Run to Stop Diabetes!

Diabetes stands to become one of our nation’s greatest health challenges. Here in New Jersey, nearly 12% of our population has diabetes, with 43,000 people newly diagnosed each year. An astounding 37% of the New Jersey population has prediabetes, a condition likely to lead to diabetes if not addressed. This devastating chronic disease can cause serious complications such as heart attacks, kidney failure, amputation or even death. The American Diabetes Association is a proven leader that can guide communities, businesses, schools, federal and state governments, health care practitioners and individuals to give diabetes the support and attention it requires.
