Description
This clinic is appropriate for teens and adults ages 12+ and was designed to build confidence along with situational awareness utilizing a Krav Maga style of self defense movement. Students will be put in “mock exercises” designed to mimic real life bullying or aggressive situational experience. The clinic starts off with a beginner level understanding of self defense and transitions into a more advanced movement, including offensive strikes, counter attacks, and a hint of weapons defense.
