SDA Spring Thaw - Important Event Change

Dear Runners & fellow SDA supporters,
The past few weeks have been unfortunate for our Country, and communities across the globe. With our community's health in mind, and in coordination with both local and national directives, it is with great disappointment that we will no longer be able to host the 2020 SDA Spring Thaw Run this upcoming Saturday. However, our mission to support the SDA athletics program will continue.
Registered runners will have the option to defer their registration to 2021, or transfer their registration fee directly to the race beneficiary (SDA Athletics). Both options allow you to continue empowering young women for leadership through the Saint Dominic Academy.
In the meantime, we hope you're able to (safely) get out and enjoy a run, and thank you for your continued support.

Be part of the 23rd Annual St. Dominic Academy Spring Thaw 5K benefiting Athletics at the Academy! The 5K takes place at beautiful and historic Liberty State Park with picturesque views of the Manhattan Skyline!
All participants will run on a USATF certified course and will receive finishers shirts.

Race Info:
Parking: 1 Audrey Zapp Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07305
Course: USATF certified 5k course. Start and Finish are on the pedestrian path south of the parking lot. The 3rd row of lamp posts counting from east to west marks the start and finish.
Registration and packet pickup: Starts at 8:15 AM. You can find the registration / packet pickup tables near the race Start.
1 Mile Race: Starts at 9:30 AM
5k Race: Starts at 10 AM
