The Thanksgiving holiday is about tradition - Thanksgiving parades, family gatherings, turkey dinners, pumpkin pie and, of course, the Ashenfelter 8K! This year COVID is putting a hard stop on many of our beloved traditions, but with the blessing of Ashenfelter's 8K Classic's Race Director, we've put together a virtual race series covering 3 classic distances!
Keep the tradition alive with family and your quaran-team. Start by choosing your favorite distance, and get your huffin' in, before the stuffin'! There's bound to be something on the menu that suits everyone in the family! Choose from The Appetizer 5K, The Entree 8K or The Dessert 1-Miler and run, walk, skip or crawl from anywhere! Upload times from Thursday, 11/26 at 6am thru Sunday, 11/29 at 6pm.
Choose from one of our four fun commemorative race shirt designs to complete your experience! Order early - by November 15th - to get your shirt by Thanksgiving Day! NOTE! Any shirts ordered AFTER 11/15 will NOT be ready for race day. You will receive an email regarding pick-up or shipping AFTER the race.
All proceeds from the race registration will benefit Montclair's local chapter of the Human Needs Pantry.
