Did you know the Humane Society of Ocean City is more than 50 years old? We were founded in 1964 and continue to offer Ocean City, NJ pets and pet owners affordable services.
We stand behind our mission statement:
Providing the highest level of compassion and service to our animal friends
We aim to have affordable rates and find homes for animals who've been abandoned or rescued from bad environments. While we started as a pet adoption center, we have expanded to offer spay and neuter services, a vet hospital, and animal control services. WHERE AND WHEN
The race will take place Thanksgiving Morning, Thursday November 28, 2024 at 8:30 am.
All events start and finish at Music Pier, 825 Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ 08226.
COURSE
5k Run & 5k Walk: The race will be run on the Ocean City Boardwalk beginning at the Music Pier and proceeding south to 23rd Street to the turnaround. Runners will then head north to the Music Pier to the finish.
1M Kids Fun Run: will be one loop from the Music Pier to 5th Street and back.

Race T-shirt to pre-registered athletes while supplies last

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm - In-person Registration & Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up at OC Senior Center, 1735 Simpson Ave # 5, Ocean City, NJ 08226.
Thursday
7:00 am - In-person Registration & Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up at Music Pier, 825 Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ 08226.
8:30 am - 5k Run & 5k Walk Start. The 1M Kids Fun Run will be held at the conclusion of the 5k Run & 5k Walk.

- Ocean City ordinances prohibit dogs on the Boardwalk at any time. Please leave your pet at home.
- Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
