Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity 2020 Rainbow Run POSTPONED

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Rainbow Run. Originally scheduled for April 19th, we plan to reschedule the event to a date to be determined. Habitat staff will contact registered participants and sponsors about options to hold or refund processed payments.
Though we are in a time of extreme uncertainty, we are hopeful that our projects, volunteer opportunities, and operations will normalize in the coming weeks and months. Meanwhile, we encourage our Hunterdon and Somerset neighbors to be mindful of how we can positively impact our communities. Right now, that means social distancing, practicing good hygiene, and supporting businesses and neighbors in whatever ways we can. We look forward to a near future when we can reschedule our events and celebrate the importance of community. We appreciate your support during this time.

Join the Raritan Valley Habitat Youth as they host their 4th annual Rainbow Run Family! Your donation and participation builds strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter in Hunterdon and Somerset counties.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 12:00 PM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 17th. Day of registration will begin at 8:00 A.M. on Sunday, April 19. See you there! Please report to the table no later than 8:30 AM on race day for check in.
Please note that this event will be RAIN or SHINE! Participants will run through safe, biodegradable rainbow colored powder. All participants who register who register by March 31st will receive a white event day shirt. All runners & walkers are encouraged to wear white the day of the run for the most colorful splash!
To ensure that you arrive at the correct park entrance, please use 220 Baird Road in your GPS! This will take you to Central Middle School directly across from the entrance to the park, which will be on your left.
All proceeds go directly to Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity to support the construction of affordable homes in our local communities.
If you'd like to become a fundraiser you can easily do so by clicking the link under 'Donate' to further support the cause. Donations can be made to these fundraisers through that tab. The top fundraisers will be awarded for their hard work!
This is a non-competitive, fun run and walk! Please walk and run responsibly as this is a relaxed and informal event for everyone of all ages to enjoy!
