Donations of non-perishable food on race day can include: canned goods (meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, soups, chili, beans), tomato sauce, peanut butter, jelly, breakfast cereal, pancake mix, syrup, mac & cheese, dried milk, juice, condiments (oil, ketchup, mustard), coffee, rice, etc. Plastic or aluminum containers are preferred over glass. Donations should be regular size, not super-size. Please check expiration dates. Donations can also be dropped off at the Wayne Public Library during regular hours. Donations can also be dropped off at the YMCA - the WIN Pantry is on the third floor by the "Precision Therapy" sign. If the door is locked, food donations can also be left at the main entrance of the Y. Donations can also be made via PayPal that is listed on WIN website.

Entry fees are non-refundable and participation in the race is non-transferable, including all elements of registration: such as bibs, materials, et cetera. The race director reserves the right to change the format of the race at any time without option for refund, this includes but is not limited to event cancellation, date change, or changing completely to a virtual platform.
