Description

Join us for the new MEMORIAL MARCH, a Memorial Day themed run that is perfect for the whole family. The fun includes great swag (designer shirt, custom medal). 

You also have the option to run virtually - run on the treadmill, in your neighborhood, or your favorite route at the park and on your own time, just make sure to follow CDC guidelines! Virtual runners will be able to add their time to the online results leader board with the rest of the great virtual running community.

Register by May 18th to guarantee your shirt!

Packet Pickup

Early packet pick up will be held on Friday, May 28th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Sports Systems located at 6915 Montgomery Blvd, Albuquerque, NM. You may also pick up your packet the morning of the race starting at 6:45am under the tent.

Agora Crisis Center has provided free and confidential emotional support, referrals and community education to New Mexico since 1970. They are proud to offer education opportunities to communities all over New Mexico, usually without cost. The Outreach Team’s mission is reducing stigma around mental health issues, such as suicide, by connecting with organizations that support at risk populations in our state. Agora strives to be at the forefront of creating a healthier community by offering emotional support, education, and creating more than 150 Agora volunteers that are working directly with the most vulnerable people in our community.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Virtual Race

Every Bodies Race Company event (5k, 10k, and even our half marathons) can be done “virtually.” If you can’t join us on race day, you can still receive the same gear as race-day runners by challenging yourself to complete a same-distance course from home. It’s a great way to stay in shape and run all of the Bodies events, no matter where you are! Click here to watch our virtual race video. 

Here's what you need to know:

If you know when signing up you will not be able to join us, simply email info@gorunabq.com . Once we get in contact with you, you can choose to pay for shipping at that time, or you can decide to pick up your packet at packet pickup.

Need to switch to virtual after registering:

If you are already registered and you cannot make it to race day, you can switch to our virtual race option. Simply let our staff know at packet pickup or email us to make arrangements if you cannot attend packet pickup.  You must let us know before race day, or we cannot guarantee we will still have your event swag. We allow late registrations to pick from extra shirts, and we donate the remaining swag to our charity partner. If you choose to have your packet shipped you will be charged shipping at that time.  
 

Adverse Weather Policy

All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain or shine. No one, including the race director, wants to make changes to an event on race day. However, the safety of our participants is always our number one concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the race director, in communication with the local law enforcement, the city or venue, may delay, cancel or make changes to the event. 

Definition of Adverse Weather Conditions

The event may be delayed, canceled or modified due to lightning, tornado warning or watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain, heavy snow, ice or any other extreme weather condition. Light to moderate rain or snow is not considered an adverse weather condition.

Communication

If the event is canceled we will do our best to notify participants via website, email and on the Bodies Race Company – ABQ Facebook page. Participants will be notified via email where they can pick up their race packets if they have not already done so.

No Refunds

As stated in the registration policies, we have a strict no refund policy. This includes events canceled for adverse weather conditions, as the funds for the event have already been spent in preparation for race day. If you are unable to participate in the event, or the event is cancelled, you can still receive your packet, shirt and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course.
