UNM Army ROTC Norwegian Foot March

This will be the inaugural Norwegian Foot March hosted by the UNM Army ROTC. This race will cover 30km along the beautiful Bosque along the Rio Grande in Albuquerque, NM. Participants will be required to carry a military ruck sack (hiking backpack) with a minimum dry weight of 11kg/24lbs. Water cannot be used as official weight. Ruck sacks will be weighed prior to and after completion of race. Military participants must also wear a military uniform including approved military boots, civilian participants must wear long pants and boots.  To qualify for the Norwegian Foot March Badge and completion certificate on behalf of the Norwegian Embassy participants must finish the race within the listed times and meet the weight and uniform requirements.
