Description
This challenge is going to be revolving around Mental health Awareness. I know that this pandemic has put a lot of people in a low mental state, many are dealing with Anxiety and Depression. This challenge is to get people moving and create healthy habits for their mental health. Studies have proven that including running or walking into your day reduces Anxiety and depression. So get your walking or running shoes on and get this challenge started. You can bring along your family members, as well as your animals. Anything to keep you motivated. Remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. You can do this !
40 Mile Challenge
This challenge will start on March 6, and will follow through until March 31st. By participating in this challenge you will complete 1.67 miles on average per day.

This is your race and you can complete it at your own pace from any location you choose
Tracking Your Mileage
Once you sign up for this challenge you will be able to log in your results per day. By doing so, you will scroll to the bottom of the website and click on Results. You will be taken to a page where you can look up your name by entering your first and last name. once you find your name you will click on it, from there you will be able to log your activities.
