Local 3778 Stepping Up

Brothers and Sisters, let's kick off October with a step in the right direction! Join your union's breast cancer 5K Run or Walk challenge. Together, we’ll step toward a future free from breast cancer!

We’ll make our steps count! You can join as an individual or create a team. Choose the area where you'll be 'stepping', and let's see how many pink steps we can accomplish together. You’ll also be able to follow along on our interactive map to see your brothers and sisters steps compared to yours. Our goal is for each member to complete a 5k or 3.1 miles! Do you think we can do it? We know we can, but we need your help.

1. Choose one day to run or walk 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles. 
2. Wear something pink and hit the pavement!
3. Track your time on your cellphone or stopwatch.
4. Don’t forget to invite friends and family to step up to the Stepping Up challenge!
5. After you complete your 5K, log your results on the website and take a photo of yourself as proof of your 5K!
