If you are going to be a “Team Captain” and/or simply “the person registering a team initially” please know that you will not automatically be included as a member of the team. After you register the team you will have to go back in and register yourself to be part of the team.
When setting up the team you will be asked (1) to name your team, (2) to designate a team captain, who should be the person you want to receive team related communication, (3) to set up a password that you will share with your employees and coworkers…they will use this to access the team registration page, and (4) to indicate whether the registration fees will be paid by the employer or by each participant.
If the employer is going to be responsible for the registration fees, please pay close attention to the questions asked…for instance the system will ask “How many participants will the employer pay for?” If you pick a number too low, some of your employees could get closed out. It will also ask “What percentage of the fee will the employer be responsible for?”. Please fill that in, even if it is going to be 100%. The system defaults to 0%, so if you don’t fill something in it will ask the participant for their credit card number.
The goal of this event is for local businesses to form racing teams, compete in a fun atmosphere, and crown a winner of the Corporate Cup. Participants are invited to either run or walk. Following the race is AfterGLOW, the region’s largest “office party.” We encourage companies to set up tents, bring food and refreshments, and prepare to have a good time at this major networking function.

• 4:00-5:30 PM Race Day Registration
• 6:00 PM Race begins
• AfterGLOW to follow immediately after race
