The Haverling Student Council would like to invite you to participate in the 1st Amy Brewer Memorial 5K Run & Walk at THE HAVERLING LACROSSE/FOOTBALL/TRACK STADIUM on Sunday, June 11th @ 9:00 a.m.
Amy Brewer was an outstanding teacher and daily modeled what the quintessential educator is. Amy gave herself endlessly to better our school. She continuously came up with creative ideas to boost the spirits of both students and staff. Amy’s wholehearted dedication and enthusiasm made both our school and our community a much better place.
The Haverling Student Council invites runners, walkers and spectators to participate in this great community event. All proceeds will directly benefit the Amy Brewer Memorial Scholarship.

Race Purpose
Amy was a co-advisor of the Student Council for many years. She was integral in bringing new experiences to Haverling students, such as: sumo bowling, bounce houses for homecoming, color run, comedian, homecoming carnivals, and of course, the annual winter ball. It was Amy’s hope to give Haverling students experiences that they might not typically have.
The ultimate purpose of this 5K is to raise money to contribute to the Amy Brewer Scholarship fund. This scholarship continues her passion for helping Haverling students, and is awarded to a senior who embodies her spirit and life attitude.
