Description
The 4th annual Never Say No Run series is back with the addition of a 10k!! All 3 courses take place on a beautiful scenic trail right next to the Hudson River. It starts at Long Dock Park and makes its way into Madam Brett Park. There are no major hills but the 5k course is rocky and gets narrow at some points. The 10 course will do the 5k course, as well as a in-out of Denning's Point Park, and then ending with a loop of Riverfront Park until finishing at Long Dock. We will have very visual markers to let you know of any obstacles. The Family Fun Run course is 1 mile long and is flat the entire way. The 5k and Fun Run courses are on trails while the 10k spends the majority of its race on a trail some will be done on sidewalks.

Overall awards will also be given out for males and females divisions.
