International Wire Group is proud to put the "Copper" back into the Copper Wire Run, bringing the iconic Race back to Camden in 2023 through our non-profit organization, IWG Copper Wire Run.

Time: 9:00 am - 1 Mile Fun Run, 9:30 am - 5K Race
New this year! Race timing will be provided by Leone Timing, and feature chip timing to ensure accuracy.

Pre-Registration & Entry Fees: 5K - $30.00, 1 Mile Fun Run - $10.00 (1 Mile Fun Runner may sign up on the race day.) Price increases on race day!
Race Packets: Runners may pick up bibs and shirts at the Copper Wire Run Tent in the Village Park on Friday, October 6, from 5 pm to 7 pm or Saturday before the Race from 7 am to 9 am. Each participant will receive a commemorative Copper Wire Run Race shirt, medal, and snack after the race.
5K Awards: Overall: $100 Prize for Top Male & Female Finisher; all finishers get a medal.
After the Race: Snacks, water, and juice will be available for all runners after the Race. Race Awards after Race.
Course: Offering one of Central New York's most scenic runs, the 5K (3.1 miles) certified course travels the village streets of Camden to the inspiring beauty of streams and tall pines in Forest Park. The course will be well-marked and staffed by volunteers at the one-mile split and water stations. The 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will start and finish in the village park.
