• Race Date: May 17, 2026
• Time: 8:00 a.m. for both races
• Packet Pick-up: May 15th from 5pm-6pm at Fleet Feet, East Syracuse and race day 7am-7:45am
• ​Start Time: The race will begin at 8:00a.m.
• Pricing for 10 mile: Thanksgiving pricing 11/27/25-11/28/25 at $49. 11/29/2025 at $59. 5/2/26 at $69. ​
• Pricing for 3 mile: $40
• Aid Stations:  One aid station will be placed at the intersection of mile 2 and 6.5 and a second aid station at mile 5.5. It is advised that athletes carry hydration/nutrition with them while on the course if needed.  The aid station is only water.  *Carry in, carry out.  No trace left behind!*
• Bathroom facilities: The park bathrooms will be open.​​
• Parking: There will be parking in both parking lots by the beach.
• Swag:  Participants who sign up for the 10 mile will receive a finisher medal.  3 mile participants have the choice of a sports towel, buff, lanyard, or drawstring bag.
• Add on option: $25 finisher's shirt and $8 neck gaiter
• Awards for 10 mile:
  • $100 cash award to 1st place female and male finisher.
  • $50 cash award to the 2nd place female and male finisher.
  • $25 cash award to the 3rd place female and male finisher.
  • $25 has been donated by Fleet Feet Syracuse for the halfway runner (median of the total number of finishers).
  • $25 gift card has been donated by Fleet Feet Syracuse for the last place finisher.
• Awards for 3 mile:
  • 1st and 2nd place male and female get a ribbon award.
• RAFFLE:  $100 gift card has been donated by Fleet Feet Syracuse to be raffled off to anyone who donated to our not-for-profit charity partner. Details to come
• Deferrals/Refunds: There are no deferrals after March 18th.  There are no refunds for this race.
• Transfers: Transfers between 10 mile and 3 mile can be done until 5/23/24. No pro-rated refund.
  Sponsorships: Available by request or go to our race website to view the Sponsorship Packet
• Race Date Change Refunds:  We are accepting refunds due to the rescheduling of our race until March 18th. We cannot accept any refunds after that date.

Tattoo Fundraiser at Goldfinch Tattoo Company

• Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10am-3pm
• $60 per tattoo, one per person
• Walk-ins only, 1st come 1st serve

These talented artists are volunteering their time to help raise money for a wonderful organization. 1. 4 print out cookies will be on survey flags used to mark the course. If you see the card, grab it and hold on to it to get 2 free cookies from Sugar Blossom Cake Shop at the end of the race. 1 allowed per person.

Local Food!  This year's bib will have a tear-off ticket for you! Take that ticket and visit Trappers 2 for our choice of a slice of pizza or domestic draft. Trappers is only about 2 miles from Green Lakes and why would you not get some food and drink after you just ran 10 miles?!

NAMI Syracuse is a 501(c)(3) organization. NAMI Syracuse strives to better the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness through advocacy, support, public awareness, and education. 

Our History: In May 1981, 12 people met to form PROMISE, an acronym for “Parents and Relatives Of the Mentally Ill Supporting Each other.” By 1984, PROMISE had grown to include a Board of Directors with by-laws, incorporation as a non-profit, and had become a member of NAMI-NYS and the national NAMI organization. Eventually the name was changed to NAMI-PROMISE and most recently to NAMI Syracuse.

NAMI Syracuse Today: NAMI Syracuse is an affiliate of NAMI-NYS and NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Today, NAMI Syracuse is a vital and active non-profit advocacy organization with a membership of over 500 families. In 1998, PROMISE Residential Project, Inc. was established and manages two houses to serve persons with mental illness.
