Starts and Finishes at the North End of Seneca Lake at the Popular Finger Lakes Welcome Center
Enjoy a beautiful summer day at Seneca Lake, running through the City and Town of Geneva, experiencing their lake and countryside, along with its varying terrain. Finishing and starting right at the lake to experience the grandeur of the NY Finger Lakes. Go solo in the 13.1 miles or find a friend and do the relay, splitting the course in half between relay members.

Course Description
The Geneva Half Marathon is an annual 13.1 mile road running race that starts and finishes on the sparkling shores of Seneca Lake, located in the City of Geneva, New York. The race takes you by the new Geneva I Love NY Finger Lakes Welcome Center, past premier restaurants and shopping in Downtown Geneva. As you approach mile 1 you will start a gentle run climb as you pass South Main historic row houses. Some course views include but not limited to the grounds of Hobart & William Colleges. Seneca Lake will always be near as you proceed on to the grounds of Hobart & William Smiths Davis Gallery Houghton House. Residential area that brings you through the City of Geneva and into the Town of Geneva. You will pass by farms, Slate Rock and adventure into a taste of wine country through various course angulations. You begin your decent back into the City of Geneva, the benches on South Main and success at finish line on Seneca Lake. Smile, and breathe in the fresh air, your life will be forever changed.

Through feedback, we are changing the course to be in the reverse.
- The final stretch where went past the finish to finish will now be in the beginning
- The boat launch open earlier to the public
- Access in/out of the Finger Lakes Welcome Center Lots will be easier
- Barracks Rd is earlier versus later
- Reduce road crossing to minimize community/traffic impacts
Course closes at 3.5 hours. Athletes must maintain 16 minute pace.

The Finger Lakes Welcome Center is located on the northern shore of Seneca Lake, constructed to make the most out of your experience and time in the Finger Lakes region. The building is open to all visitors, the glass-encased community room will serve as packet pickup location. With windows overlooking the lake, the space is sure to spark creativity and conversation.
