Description
The Pride 5k, formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K, will be held on June 14, 2025. The new name is inclusive of everyone in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities, and our Allies. 100% of the proceeds from the Pride 5k stay in our local community.
Funds raised go to SAGE Upstate programs which reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ people.
ENTRY FEE - Online registration will be closing on Wednesday, June 11 at Noon
Pride 5k Run/Walk: Register by March 31 for $25 (12 & under $15)
April 1 - June 10 for $30 (12 & under $15)
Race Day : $35 - Race day registration is available
Virtual: $35 includes postage for mailing t-shirts

VIRTUAL RUNNERS
Once you are registered, you will be able to upload your virtual race time once you complete it.
Step 1: Make sure you are logged into RunSignUp
Step 2: Click on the Results tab
Step 3: Now select the Submit Virtual Results button
Step 4: Search your name and enter your results. After a few minutes, they will now show up on the Virtual Results page.
