The City of Long Beach Race Series
The Long Beach Race Series will hold 6 different running events 1 Biathlon event and 1 swim event. You will be able to register for all events at one time or any number of events.
Long Beach has become a running hot spot. With our brand new beautiful boardwalk and white sandy beaches with spectacular ocean views so many enjoy running in our city by the sea. We have many races, for all ages and all levels. We are proud of our Long Beach Race Series and strive to improve every race. Come run with us!
The City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation Department offers something for everyone including recreation programs and athletics, adult leagues, fitness groups, special events as well as passive recreation at one of our seven playgrounds. The Recreation Campus includes a municipal pool, ice arena, turf fields, basketball courts, roller hockey rink, fishing pier, boat launch, skate park, dog run and boardwalk promenade. The daily fee for use of the facility is $8 for nonmembers ($4 for children and those 60 and over) and a resident may sign up to use the facility for $25 per month indefinitely ($15 for seniors and children under 18).
