Charlie’s 2023 PAIL Awareness Walk

We are so excited for Charlie's Second Annual Walk for PAIL Awareness! There will be both In-Person and Virtual options for the day. This event is such a special time to bring awareness to pregnancy and infant loss, experienced by one in every four pregnancies...as well as to show our support as we walk and remember together with so many families honoring the memory of their precious babies.

Please join us as we walk and remember our sweet babies together. Whether you are a family who has experienced the loss of a baby or a friend who feels compelled to walk in support and solidarity, you are invited to join us!

This year we will be raising to donate a Cuddle Cot or Caring Cradle to a local Long Island hospital. This amazing piece of equipment provides grieving families an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones without having to cool the whole room. Charlie's team will meet on the morning of October 1st behind Mt. Sinai Congregational Church in Sea View Cemetery at 10am. Together, we'll walk the path off our sweet girl's cemetery that leads out to the harbor, or what we’ve been calling “Charlie’s Beach”.  Again, we will read the names of all her sweet friends in the stars & scatter their wildflower seed butterflies. Charlie's bench has also been installed near the water & we'd love to share it with you all! We know many may not be able to join in person, but the walk may also be done virtually, in your own neighborhood. Whether you've chosen to attend virtually or in person, we'd love to know! We love you all so much!
