Polar Cats Winter 5K Series

RACE #4- Gates- TSE Total Sports Experience- 880 Elmgrove Rd, Rochester, NY 14624

3/3- 11 AM Start

PACKET PICKUP @ ROCHESTER RUNNING COMPANY SATURDAY 3/2 from 11-4 or at the race 9:30- 11 AM.

This will be a certified 5K but looped course and we will make it fun with some on course music to keep you going!

After race we will have a post race party and series awards.

This year we have a series of 5k road races at various locations around Rochester. Originally created by Bill Kehoe in the '90s and brought back in 2020 before... we are back with 4 races.

This series is designed to be low-cost and keep you active over the winter months. You can sign up for each race individually or all as a series!

RACE #3 INFO:

PACKET PICKUP @ ROCHESTER RUNNING COMPANY SATURDAY 2/10 from 11-4 or at the race 9:30- 11 AM.

You can keep the bib from Race 2 for races 2-4 if you are signed up for the series.  If you forget your bib or lose your bib, we can always assign a new one but if it makes it easier for you, you can reuse the race #2 bib.  Please do not re-use the race #1 bib.

If you signed up for the series, your series sweatpants are available at Rochester Running Company anytime. Or you can pick them up at packet pickup for race #3.

Hopkins Point Lodge

Hopkins Point Rd is closed in the winter so do not use this entrance to the park. Enter the park at either Canfield or Pond Rd. 

Parking is available at the Hopkins Point parking lots or along Hopkins Point Rd. 

The lodge is reserved at Hopkins Point for the day. Race will start at 11 am

Packet pickup will be:
The day before the race @ Rochester Running Company from 11AM - 4PM
Race Day @ Race location 1-hour prior to race

There will be winners of each race as well as series winners for those who signed up for all 4! Prizes will be awarded to top three male and female runners as well as age group winners for each race and the series as a whole.

Sunday 1/7/24: Seneca Park - Wegman Building 11 AM

Sunday 2/11/24: Mendon Ponds 11 AM

Sunday 3/3/24: Gates 11 AM
