Run or Walk through Cobbs Hill Area!
This long-standing Halloween tradition has been a festive family friendly event! The 5K offers a view of the stunning cityscape from one of the highest points of Rochester. The Kids 1/2 Mile (for kids ages 4-12) is an absolute blast running around the fields of Cobbs Hill.
Offering In person and virtual option
In-Person Entry Includes:
- Long sleeve cotton t-shirt with 5K entry - Must register by Oct 7th to guarantee a shirt. (Additional fee with Kids 1/2 Mile Race)
- Custom Pumpkins in the Park Bib Number
- RFID timing w/ live online results and text/email notification of your results (must opt in to receive)
- Overall and Age Group Awards
- Post Race Treats
- Fun, scenic USATF Certified 5k course through the Cobbs Hill Neighborhood and the best view of downtown
- Finisher medal to all finishers
- Kids Racers get a Halloween candy bag at the finish line and a pumpkin (if the pumpkin crops come in well)

*The virtual is YOUR race! Choose your favorite route and run/walk it on your time!
Submit your results any time between 9am, October 26 - 11:59pm, November 3.
By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happens or any other scenario, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated.
Pumpkins in the Park Participant Shirt
Must register by October 7th to guarantee a shirt. Shirt is $10 additional fee for the Kids 1/2 Mile.

Packet Pick-up
- Friday, October 25, 2024, from 10am-6pm at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
- Race Day - Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 8am - 8:55AM at Cobbs Hill Park (UNDER THE WHITE TENT).
It is NOT ADVISED to wait until race day to get your packet.
Virtual Participants will have their items mailed the week after the event, however are welcome to come to packet pickup so they have their items for their race day.
Fleet Feet Grand Prix presented by HOKA
This event is part of the 9-Race Fleet Feet Grand Prix Series Presented by HOKA. Eligible participants compete for over $15,000 in cash prizes and HOKA footwear throughout the series. No registration necessary.
Awards
Top 3 Male & Female - Cash Prizes ($125, $75, $50)
Top 3 in 5 year age groups (14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45--49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 76-79, 80+) - we do not double dip
Cash Prize winners Must supply provided 1099 document back to race directors within the timeframe requested and we will send you a check to the address on the 1099
