Ruck For Roc 4.585

This event is open to everyone. We start together and finish together. 

Ruck for Roc is a 7 mile journey to Rochester's downtown craft breweries. 

We will be stopping at the following breweries and conducting an optional workout at each stop:

The Lost Borough Brewing Co, Three Heads Brewing, Rohrbach Brewing, The Genesee Brewing Co, Fairporot Brewing Co (University Location) and Fifth Frame Brewing Co. 

Your registration fee of $25 includes and event t-shirt and discounted beverages at each location. On top of the funds we intend to donate we are asking that you fill your pack with weight of your choice. The weight to be carried will be dependent upon the participants weight; 150lbs and below will carry 15lbs, 150lbs and above is asked to carry 30lbs. Carrying weight is OPTIONAL. 

The V.O.C has provided us with a wish list of materials and non-perishables that they are desperately in need of, which can be found on our website: ruckforroc.com or on the Facebook Event: Ruck 4.585. All donations will be accepted prior to the start.

At 11a, we will be having a Santa meet and greet at The Lost Borough Brewing Company with photos and snacks provided. Bring the kids and grab a photo with Santa!

This ruck will be limited to the first 80 participants.

Due to the nature of this event a waiver is required to be signed by each participant in order to participate.
