The Epilepsy Alliance along with the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will be hosting the Annual Living with Epilepsy Seminar on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. Please join us from 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM at the Blackwell Conference Center as we discuss topics that go "Beyond the Seizures".

Our keynote speaker this year features Miles Levin, a film maker with epilepsy, who produced the award-winning short film, "Under the Lights". He will be sharing his film, discussing his own epilepsy journey, and interacting in a Q&A interview.

Additionally, there will be presentations and discussions that will focus on quality of life, anti-seizure medications, other effects of neuromodulation, self-management techniques, employment and driving, and caregiver burnout and resources. Our speakers include providers from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Ohio Health, and the Mount Carmel hospital system. Please join us as we discuss these important topics and continue to build our community of support and resources. Finally, we will congratulate this year's recipient of the Linda Daffen Award - an award that is presented to an EEG technician that has displayed excellent care.
