The Rotary Club of East Liverpool, Ohio is very excited to invite our community and surrounding areas to help us celebrate our 100 years of service by joining us for our Centennial Virtual 5K Run/Walk. Participants will receive a commemorative centennial T-shirt and an impressive embossed medal for their participation as well as knowing that their entry makes it possible for us to continue to support needed projects both locally and around the world.
The Rotary Club of East Liverpool has a long history of service to our local community and worldwide. The club made it possible to keep the Thompson Park swimming pool open for the enjoyment of all our residents. In addition, our club also provides support for area beautification projects, local school projects, Team Mojo's local Dolly Parton Imagination Library project and other area organizations. In the current economic crisis, our club has provided substantial support to the local food bank.
Internationally, the club has raised significant funds for the eradication of polio, a project which is coming close to its final goal of ridding the world of this dreaded disease
