Race into Finals 5k at KSU

Event: Running/Walking  5 K or 1 Mile at Kent State University 
Date: May 3, 2025 
Time: 1 mile at 8:30 am, 5K at 9:00 am 
Purpose: Funds raised benefit the College of Nursing Student Emergency Fund 
Inclusions: Registration fee covers race timing, post-event snacks, a swag bag, and a new t-shirt 
Community Involvement: Open to students, faculty, staff, families, and community members 
Prizes: Fun prizes like 'Middle of the Pack' and 'School Your Professor', youngest and oldest/wisest participant 
Price: $30 for 5 K, $15 for 1 Mile 
Discounts: 
Students receive a $10 discount on the 5K with the coupon code "Student" 
Refer 2 friends with link provided after sign up and receive a $5 refund!!! 
Shirt Guarantee: Shirts guaranteed to runners registered by April 23 
Packet Pickup: On race morning starting at 7:30 am or Friday afternoon before race (Time and Place TBD) 
Registration Deadline: Online registration will close May 1; day-of-race registration until 8:15 am (cash or check) 
Location and Parking: Park at Henderson Hall, R8 parking lot or C science Lots. Parking is free. Access to R8 parking will be closed from 8:30 am until 9:05 am.
