Description
Join us for our 1st virtual 5K to help promote healthy hearts and our Hoops For The Heart VFD events! It’s simple!!
1. During the month of February either run or walk a 5k at your own pace, on your own time, from anywhere. Grab friends to join you to make it more fun!!
2. Post a photo of yourself, the scenery, or your watch after you’ve completed the 5k and post to the event page.
3. Pick up your medal and T-shirt at the Hoops for the Heart event on February 29th at the Woodsfield Elementary or request us to mail it to you!
