About Half Pint
Half Pint is a half-scaled version of the M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank built in Lima, Ohio. This mini version goes all over the State of Ohio to local car shows, military shows, parades, etc. We also work closely with veterans in our community to offer our support. Half Pint is dedicated to all the hard-working men and women of Joint Systems Manufacturing Center that build the World’s Best Battle Tank and those who are defending our freedom. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization that is 100% volunteer based.
Description
We invite you to join us in Half Pint’s third annual 5k! All participants will receive chipped timing and have the opportunity to get a race day photo with the half-scaled Abrams tank known as Half Pint. Come join the fun!
Race kicks off at 9 a.m.!
NEW THIS YEAR! CHRISTMAS IN JULY THEME
Bring your Christmas Spirit! Participants get to run through snow at the finish line and receive a sweet treat.
A Portion of proceeds help fund Christmas Cheer event for veterans and their families organized by Allen County Veterans.

T-shirt
Sign-up by July 10 to guarantee your t-shirt size! This year's shirt is a 100% polyester sports wicking knit.
Awards
First 200 sign-ups will receive a race medal!
Don't forget to stick around after the race for the awards ceremony! The following awards will be given out:
- Top male and female overall
- Top three finishers in each age group (13 & under, 14-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+).

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be on Friday (7/26/24) from 4-7 p.m. at the Veterans Freedom Flag Monument (1191 Buckeye Rd. Lima, OH 45804). Runners are highly encouraged to pick up their packets during this time. Those who cannot make it to the Packet Pickup days may also pick up their packets on race day from 7:30- 8:30 a.m. at the registration table located near the start line.
Special Note
Strollers are permitted. For liability reasons, no dogs will be allowed.
