Description
Crime Victim Services of Lima, Ohio is hosting a 5K Color Fun Run/Walk to raise awareness surrounding teen dating violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, child and elder abuse. The race will be held on August 4, 2018 at 9 am in Ottawa Metro Park.
We welcome all ability runners/walkers and dogs as well, but they must be leashed.
Path description- Beginning of path is paved but the majority of the path is about 4 ft. wide and grassy. Path is primarily flat but does have a few small inclines. There will be two water stops and 3-4 color stations along the way.
Preregistration is $25 and includes a white t-shirt you can wear for the run/walk and a small bag of Shirley's popcorn. Registration will include a small processing fee. On site registration begins at 8:00 am Race begins at 9 am. On line registration ends July 20th, after that everyone must register on site the day of the race. Shirts and popcorn only guaranteed for preregistration entrants.
