Join us for the 7th Annual T-Strong Summer Dash and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in the beautiful town of Medina! This exciting event features a 5K run/walk and a fun-filled 1-mile fun run, all while supporting a noble cause—helping children fighting cancer in Northeast Ohio.
New for 2026 - Virtual 5K Race Option!
After the races, come together under the pavilion for a delightful post-race celebration complete with donuts, coffee, and good fellowship.
Whether you’re racing for a cause or simply enjoying a day of fitness and community, the T-Strong Summer Dash promises to be an uplifting experience for all.
