Description
Force Network Fund was founded by Former Columbus Blue Jackets NOW Philadelphia Flyers forward Cam Atkinson and his uncle, Rob Robben, as a way to give back to the best military and first responder charitable organizations. Cam has many family members that serve as first responders and in the military, so he wanted to find a way to give back. FNF is a charitable fund-of-funds, allowing the donor a level of trust that their donation will be properly used and dispersed to vetted organizations. To date, FNF has raised $355,584.00 and has given over $350,000.00 to funds and organizations such as: Fallen 15, Operation Military Kids, Save a Warrior, USO of Central and Southern Ohio, Ohio Health and many more.
This year we’ll be supporting Ohio Warriors Sled Hockey program!
The Warriors Hockey Program is an affiliate of the USA Warriors Ice Hockey Program and operates in conjunction with the USA Hockey Disabled Hockey Program.
These programs have been organized to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, for disabled veterans who served in defense of the United States. Some of the programs purposes and intentions are to educate, train, motivate and encourage individuals with disabilities incurred during their service to the United States in the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to their level.
