Description
Please join us for the Columbus Roadrunners Club Annual Banquet. We have reserved a banquet room at the Scioto Reserve Country Club for the CRRC annual banquet and membership meeting. We will begin the evening with time to socialize, have a drink, relax and swap stories about your favorite races over the past year. Food, friends and fun. Please join us.
You can bring your spouse, friend or significant other at the club member price.
- 6:00pm Arrive and social time
- 6:30pm Dinner
- 7:00pm Talk by Len Fisher, former president and long time club member/ambassador, avid runner and marathon coach.
Speaker - Len Fisher
First thing you notice about Len is that he knows pretty much everyone where ever he goes. Whether be it in the park or be it in the restaurant or where ever. Even if he does not know someone, he will take the initiative to talk to that person and make friends with that person and he will make sure to promote the club. As all of you who have run with him for past so many years can vouch, he has lot of insight about running and life in general. And the best part is, he explains them very well with lots of anecdotes and jokes. Join us for an inspiring and insightful talk by Len.
