2025 Annual Membership (Beginner & Intermediate Training Program): January 4th - October 19th, 2025
Seasonal Memberships:
Winter/Spring Training Season: January 4th - April 27, 2025
Summer/Fall Training Season: June 1st - October 19th, 2025
5K Training Program: July 27th - September 20th
Weekly Group Training Runs (Summer/Fall + 5K):
Saturdays at 7:00am - LONG RUN GROUP TRAINING
Wednesdays at 6:00pm - GRIT WORKOUTS (Track, Intervals, Hills, Strength)
Run Locations
Our workout locations vary on a weekly basis. They are centrally located in Toledo, OH. We utilize Wildwood + Secor Metroparks as well as run from our store.

Group training long runs (Saturdays) with several pace groups (run + run/walk interval)

Coach-led "GRIT Workouts" (Wednesdays). These workouts focus on building grit, strength and speed. Workout types include track work, hill repeats, intervals, etc., and are designed for runners and walkers of all skill levels.

Cost
1/2 + Full Marathon Group Training = $115/season, or $200 for the full year.
5K Group Training = $85
How far do I need to be able to run before getting started?
Our program is designed for people of all experiences and skill levels. For the 1/2 and Full Training Program, we suggest being able to run 3 miles prior to the start date. Not there yet? Sign up for our 5K training program. We will teach you everything you need to know to get started, or everything you need to reach new running goals!
What do I need to get started?
Nothing, except a desire to get moving!
