Description
In cooperation with the Van Wert County Fairgrounds and the 32nd Annual Van Wert County Apple Festival, the Van Wert Apple Festival 5K Run/Walk is hosted by Community Health Professionals.
Cost: $25 (pre-registered with shirt - shirts not available for registrations after 10/05/18), $15 (pre-registered without shirt by 10/05/2018)), $25 (day of run without shirt). Proceeds benefit CHP Hospice patient care fund.
The 29th annual, 1-mile Kids Fun Run will be held in conjunction with this event, with start times of: 10 a.m. (ages 8 and under), 10:20 a.m. (ages 9-10), and 10:40 a.m. (ages 11 - 6th grade). Cost: $3. Parents are invited to run with younger children and do not need to register. All runners receive a participation ribbon and first, second and third-place trophies for boys and girls will be awarded.
