Description
Our school, New Horizons Academy, is a charter, non-public school that offers a holistic, all-encompassing educational path for children who have special learning needs and disabilities.
We are celebrating our students and school by having a 1K & 5 K fun run/walk and all proceeds will support our school's playground projects at our Wauseon & Springfield Campuses. This event will start and end at New Horizons Academy in Wauseon Ohio (we will be using the Wauseon Homecoming Park for the majority of our walk/run). Our event is open to all ages and all abilities.
Registration includes a T-shirt if you register by August 31, 2023. Any child under the age of 2 is free for this event (no t-shirt given).
Check in begins at 2:00pm and the Run/Walk will begin at 3:00pm.
After the race, we will enjoy some snacks, activities and play at the New Horizons Playground.
