Join us for a heart-healthy walk to raise awareness and support for cardiovascular wellness in Fulton County! Together, we’ll take steps toward stronger hearts, healthier lifestyles, and a brighter future for our community.
The T-shirt design is a work in progress! Art students from Fulton County high schools are submitting their designs, and the winning design will be selected by the FCHC Foundation Board. Stay tuned for updates!
