NXR Training Plan and 2 Speed Workouts

Let us help you transition intelligently from the State meet to NXR on Nov 22. Each registration includes a three week, daily training plan that will prepare you to run your best at College Station. Additionally, we will offer TWO group speed workouts so you can hone your speed with other 🟣BB'ers heading to NXR.
