This is open for ALL middle school/high school runners. If you are not in Oklahoma Project and are interested, this is a great time to join us!
A $10 fee to attend these practices. Coach Chavez will be out there making sure all kids get work put in. I will be pacing groups and giving advice/tips as spring track season is underway.
David with Nike might be attending 1 or both days (will find out in the upcoming days). He would have a possible demo shoe to try and giveaways.
Tuesday we will be doing a track workout at Rankin track (YMCA) @ 9 AM.
Thursday we will be meeting at Oklahoma Cristian University soccer fields parking lot for a tempo workout starting @ 9 AM.
