Eastside Soul Glow Run 5K

UPDATE:  The 5k portion of this event, originally scheduled for 8/12, which was called due to lightening, will be happening at 8:00pm on Saturday, August 19th.  So come back out, and bring a friend or two, and let's do this! 

Note:  If you checked in for the race and received your bib and timing chip, you will be issued a new one by the race timers.

Intentional Fitness is hosting a fun summer evening Fun Walk and Glow Run 5k for a great cause!  Come out and participate to help our mission of transforming an exercise and wellness desert into a health and fitness oasis where longevity and healthy living is pursued. 

This will be an evening of community and FUN fitness!  From 6:00-10:00pm we will have various vendors promoting healthy lifestyles, A FOAM PARTY, and bouncy houses.  

The Fun Walk will start at 8:00pm and The GLOW RUN 5k will start at 9:00pm

Runners will receive a finisher medal (no age group awards or prizes will be given however this is a professionally timed event so you will be able to get your finish time to see how you placed in your age group).
