Description

We're back but under a new name! The Central Oklahoma Grinder (COG) race will be hosted at St. Crispin's Conference Center + Camp near Seminole, OK. Home of the most scenic and gnarly mountain bike trails in Oklahoma, St. Crispin's is also surounded by miles and miles of fun and challenging gravel roads.

Last year you spoke and we listened.  New this year all course distances will be timed. The 80, 50, and 30 mile routes will travel incredible gravel roads that will challenge even the die hards right out of the gate. Every course will put grinders to the test and will make you want to go cry to your mommies. All 80 + mile participants who do not make it to the half way feed zone/rest stop by 1:30PM will be asked to take the 50 mile route to the finish.

Also new this year - we will be hosting 2 Gravel RUNS. The COG will offer run distances of 25k and 50k, both with manned and unmanned aid stations.

Included in the entry will be complementary drop bag service for the 80+ long course,  and some COG swag to remember us by. Plus we'll provide each grinder participant with a warm meal at the finish!
