IN OUR BACKYARD FREEDOM 5K 3rd Annual Virtual Challenge! 

 "LACE UP" to end Human Trafficking! 

The month of April...YOU pick your day, your place, your pace. 

Register now! Raise awareness! IN OUR BACKYARD links arm across America fighting to end human trafficking. Public awareness tips create over 1/3 of pathways to freedom for survivors! Lace-up, grab your people, create a team and be a force for good! Registration is $45 and includes a 5K t-shirt limited "Lace-up" design for 2023! Lace-up is designed to share survivor art by Lesa, a survivor self-healer! 

Remember, you can walk, run, dance, swim, bicycle, hike, hop like a bunny, and WHATEVER you do, move your feet to make a positive difference! Post a picture during your time on your social media- #Freedomsticker to raise awareness. We strive to share the National Human Trafficking Resource Center hotline across America all of April.

NEW TO VIRTUAL Freedom 5K?

1. FREEDOM 5K Virtual Run/Walks can be completed anytime & anywhere! In your neighborhood, at the nearby park, take or hike a trail, do Zumba, yoga, swim, or on your treadmill..it is up to you! (An hour of activity, or use your fitness device)
   Simply register and invite your friends, choose a route or use any fitness device/app you prefer to track your respective event. Pick any date in April-May 1st and rally everyone together to accomplish their challenge! It is an honor system. 
   
2. Celebrate with us Online! After you complete your respective 5K event goal,- you sure can set your own goal - 1 hour of activity is reasonable!  Share your challenge photos! Social Channels: @inourbackyard #Freedomsticker #freedom5k Facebook and Instagram! 
   Download a customized 'Freedom 5K Challenge' Finisher Certificate with your name and results to reflect a job well done on crossing the finish line!!! We will have live videos going and looking for you!
