Description
The TWIN TUNNELS 5k Run/Walk has a series of three races. These races are scheduled in the fall, the annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day, and a race in the spring. All the races will begin at the Historic Old Highway in Hood River and runners will enjoy the natural beauty of the Columbia River Gorge on this car-free course into the City of Mosier where the race will end at the Mosier Community School.
Course: Starts at the Hood River end of the Historic Columbia River Highway, a paved road closed to vehicular traffic. At the end of the Historic Highway, runners will turn left onto Rock Creek Rd and then left onto 1st Street where the race will end at Mosier Community School. The total distance is 8.2k.
Preregistration is only $15/person or $20/per person the day of the race. Kids 15 and under are free. All proceeds benefit the Mosier Community School.
