The Lebanon Explosion Dance Team presents to you the Explosion 5K & 1 Mile. This year's theme: Dirty Dancing! Run, walk, or dance your way through the Lebanon High School's cross-country course located at Seven Oak Middle School. Proceeds go towards the Lebanon High School dance team's trip to Nationals. Don't leave anyone at home! This event is open to men, women, and children! Kids 10yr and younger can run/walk the mile race that precedes the 5k, AND the Explosion Dancers will be leading kid-friendly activities immediately following. 

 

REGISTRATION INFO

T-shirts are included for the first 100 5k participants who pre-register by July 21st, 2022. Participants can buy a shirt day of race for $10. 

Go at your own pace-run or walk your way back to the finish line as an individual or with a team. Individual registration $25. Team (group of 5) $100. All registered runners will receive official times and are eligible for awards. 

 

RACE DAY SCHEDULE

8:00 AM to race time:  Packet/bib pickup  

8:45 AM: 1-mile registration deadline

8:50 AM: 1-mile runners make their way to the starting line

9:00 AM: 1-mile start

9:15 AM: 5k registration deadline

9:20 AM: 5k runners make their way to the starting line

9:30 AM: 5k start

Awards & Raffle: immediately following each race. You must be present to claim your award, so come for the run but stay for the fun!

Age Group Trophies: Top male and female finisher in the following age group categories

o   13 & under

o   14-17

o   18-25

o   26-35

o   36-45

o   46-55

o   56+

1 Mile Trohies: Top 3 boys and girls 12yr and under.

Raffle Prizes: Immediately following each race.
