Welcome to our 14th Annual NAMI Lehigh Valley Race & Walk!
Lehigh Parkway, Allentown, PA! (GPS address is: 2050 Park Drive Allentown PA 18103)
Once again, we have several ways you can participate:
- 5K Run - 8am check-in/on-site registration starts, 9am start
- Walk - 10am start
- Volunteer
- Donate
- Be a Fundraiser
100% of the proceeds goes directly to NAMI Lehigh Valley to support our mission of providing education and support to individuals and families affected by mental illness and to educating the public about mental health.
The events will be held rain or shine. They will be cancelled in the event of dangerous weather, in which case, there will not be a refund.
Thank you for your interest in participating, volunteering, or donating and for helping us raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental illness.

WHAT IS NAMI LEHIGH VALLEY?
NAMI Lehigh Valley is the local affiliate of the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI LV’s mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness. Efforts to raise awareness and reduce stigma of mental illness are at the forefront of our advocacy.
NAMI-trained facilitators with relatable life experiences lead all our free programming, including education courses, support groups and community presentations. In 2021 more than 3,000 individuals benefited from NAMI LV’s services.

FAQs
Can I make a group of friends or family for the events?
You can create groups of any size! You can do that when you register. Contact the race director or NAMI Lehigh Valley office (info@nami-lv.org) if you need directions. There is an award for the team leader with the largest group. Please note that groups of participants and fundraising teams are not the same thing.
How can I become a fundraiser?
Click on the fundraising tab to become individual fundraiser or to create a fundraising team. There is no limit to the size of a fundraising team. In order to be on a team fundraiser, you must first register as an individual fundraiser. If you need additional help, we can send you more detailed directions. There are awards for the top online and offline fundraisers. Please note that fundraising teams and participation groups are not the same thing.
Is NAMI Lehigh Valley on social media?

Do you offer assistance with the registration fee?
YES! Call 610.882.2102 or email info@nami-lv.org. We have a limited number of coupons for 50% or 100% off for individuals who request it.
COVID Considerations
- If you have COVID symptoms or have tested positive within 10 days of the event, please stay home. Let me know and I will gladly refund your registration fee after the event.
- If the event must be canceled due to COVID, you will be given the chance to get a refund, switch to Virtual Choice, or donate your registration to NAMI Lehigh Valley.
- If you are uncomfortable meeting in person, you may switch to Virtual Choice on your own or we can help you with that.
- If you are a volunteer and you aren't feeling well or have tested positive within 10 days of the event, please stay home and email or call the Race Director.
