Ambler Area Running Club presents their annual summer night 5K with a new location and a familiar new sponsor.

Welcome to a Summer Night 5K

Start and Finish on the track a Wissahickon High School's Trojan Stadium and traces the second half of the Frostbite 5 Miler course (the trail along Pennlynn Blue Bell Pike will be used
