Age Group Summer Swim Clinics

Welcome to our 2023 Age Group Summer Swim Clinics.  The fourth in a series focused on Power Starts, Turns & Underwaters is just in time for the end of the season 2023 Summer long Course Championship Meets.. 

The clinic will take place on July 18, 2023 from 7:15-9:00AM at Lawrence Park Swim Club.

The 15 minute dryland review begins promptly at 7:15 followed by 90 minutes in the water.

You'll be working with French Creek Racing coaches Mack Henderson and Milly Routledge.  

*For all participants, we recommend bringing any swim equipment you own.  If you don't own a pair of fins, we'd suggest picking up a pair prior to these sessions, particularly for beginning level swimmers.
