Welcome to the Thornbury Road Race benefiting the Western Delaware Valley Lions Club. Lions Clubs International is the largest service club organization in the world with over 1.3 million members worldwide. Our local chapter, with over 40 members, is just one of over 45,000 clubs worldwide. Our mission focuses its efforts on providing financial assistance and volunteerism to support efforts to improve the lives of the blind and visually impaired. Our members also support a number of worthy local causes
Registration will take place at Cheyney University Gymnasium at 7:30a.m. Race starts: 5/10k at 8:30 a.m.; mile walk at 8:40 and kids run at 9:15.
Awards:
Top 1-3 Male and Female.
Entry:
Prior to race day: $15.00 for the mile walk, $25 for the 5k, $35 for the 10K and the kids run is free!
Race day: $20.00 for the mile walk, $30 for the 5k, $40 for the 10K and the kids run is free!
**Participants who register by March 30, 2018 are guaranteed a t-shirt.
Race Day Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration will be on the track at Cheyney.
Amenities:
Tec t-shirt, refreshments, entertainment, water stations and prizes.
Race Results:
Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co.; Results will be found at http://www.brynmawrracing.com
