Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this race has been cancelled. We intend to hold a similar event in the future, but have not determined details at this time.

Description
The Creek 5K is a scenic run within Stroud Township's ForEvergreen Nature Preserve. Participants will enjoy the course's winding trails throughout the Preserve along the historic Brodhead Creek in the Poconos. Reclaimed from a former golf course, ForEvergreen Nature Preserve was established in 2013 and now protects a beautiful property bordering the Brodhead Creek in Monroe County. This year, Pocono Heritage Land Trust, Stroud Township, and Brodhead Watershed Association are teaming up to raise money for local conservation efforts and to support the ForEvergreen Nature Preserve. The 5K event will feature wine tasting from Eagles Nest Cellars Winery, food vendors, a guided walk to the property's resident eagle nest and more!

Creek 5K 2020
Bring the whole family out for Creek 5K 2020! The morning will start off with a Kids Dash and a 1-mile Dog Trot, followed by a 5K run/walk on the beautiful ForEvergreen Nature Preserve.
Wind down from the race with wine-tasting by Eagles Rest Cellars, food vendors, a guided walk to visit the property's resident eagles nest, and more!
PACKET PICK UP
Saturday, April 25th from 10 AM -2 PM at the Brodhead Creek Heritage Center on the ForEvergreen Nature Preserve or race day (Sunday, April 26th, 2020) starting at 8:00 AM.
REGISTRATION
Early registration pricing closes April 11th, 2020. Pre-registration closes on April 22nd, 2020. T-shirts are guaranteed for pre-registrants.
Race day registration opens at 8:00 AM at the ForEvergreen Nature Preserve. Day of registration closes at 9:45 AM. A limited supply of T-shirts will be available on race day. The 5K and Dog Trot is $20 for adults before April 11th, and $25 after April 11th. The Kids Dash is $10 before April 11th, and $15 after April 11th. Advanced registration is recommended. We will accept CASH or CHECK ONLY on race day.
